Step, 1

Report Lost Item
Please report the items to us via Reporting Form.

Fill out all required forms and if you can give us more details of the item, that will increases the chances of finding your item.

Step, 2

Search For Item
For 7 days after the report is submitted, we will keep searching for the reported item.

Step, 3

Discovery of Item
We will let you know once the item has been found.
If it is confirmed that the item is yours, we will send an invoice for the handling charge to you.

Step, 4

Arrival of Item
Once your item has arrived at our office,
we will estimate the shipping fees and send the invoice for the domestic and international shipping fees to you.

Step, 5

Shipping of Item
We will ship your item to you after the payment of the invoice.
