How to claim item

There are two ways for claiming lost items.

1, Go to the station where your item is kept and pick up.
2, Cash-on Shipment to your home.(Only Domestic)

Storage period

After a certain period of storage, the lost properties will be transferred to the police station with jurisdiction.

Notes

Your item cannot be transferred from "the station where your item is kept" to "other stations" in any case.

Shipping procedures cannot be performed over the phone.
