How to claim item

There are two ways for claiming lost items.

1, Go to the station where your item is kept and pick up.
2, Cash-on Shipment to your home(Only in Japan).

How to report item

Lost property reports are not accepted, so you have to make calls to them to confirm.
They do not contact you after the item has been found.

Storage period

Lost properties are kept at the office for 1～3days.
After that, the lost properties will be transferred to the police station with jurisdiction.

Notes

Lost items cannot be transferred from "the station where it is kept" to "your desired station" in any case.

Shipping procedures cannot be performed over the phone.

International shipments will not be accepted.
