How to claim item

There are two ways for claiming lost items.

1, Go to the station where your item is kept and pick up.
2, Cash-on Shipment to your home.

How to report item

Kintetsu railways does not accept reports, so you have to call them to confirm.

They do not contact you after the item has been found.

Storage period

They keep lost properties for 1~7days at the station.
After that, the lost properties will be transferred to the police station with jurisdiction.

Notes

Lost items cannot be transferred from "the station where it is kept" to "your desired station" in any case.

Shipping procedures cannot be performed over the phone.
