How to claim item

There are two ways for claiming lost items.

1, Go to the station where your item is kept and pick up.
2, Cash-on Shipment to your home.

Storage period

After a certain period of storage, the lost properties will be transferred to the police station with jurisdiction.

Notes

Lost items cannot be transferred from "the station where it is kept" to "your desired station" in any case.

Shipping procedures cannot be performed over the phone.
