How to claim item

There are two ways for claiming lost items.

1, Go to the station where your item is kept and pick up.
2, Cash-on Shipment to your home.

How to report item

Lost item reports are not accepted, so you have to call them to confirm.
They do not contact you after the item has been found.

Storage period

Lost items are kept at the station where they are found.
2~5days after found, these items are transported to their lost and found office and kept for 1~4days.

After that, the lost properties will be transported to TMPD lost and found center..

Notes

Lost items cannot be transferred from "the station where it is kept" to "your desired station" in any case.

Shipping procedures cannot be performed over the phone.
